Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://legacyroofingandconstructionar.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Legacy Roofing and Construction reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Legacy Roofing and Construction markets and arranges Roof Repair, Roof Installation, Gutter Installation, Gutter Repair, Window Installation, Window Sealing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Legacy Roofing and Construction (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. Legacy Roofing and Construction may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Legacy Roofing and Construction disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Legacy Roofing and Construction arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Legacy Roofing and Construction from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. AR law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of AR, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. Legacy Roofing and Construction may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
